Shipping and Returns
I ship from WA state, USA within 3 business days. Allow extra processing time during high volume periods.
Some items may need to be shipped separately due to their size and shape. You will receive 2 tracking numbers if this is the case.
Preorders
Orders with preorder items will ship once everything is in stock. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.
Domestic Shipping (US)
US orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping
In order to reduce the burden of international shipping, this shop offers a less costly Economy rate. Please note that this method has limited tracking after leaving the US, and can take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Orders shipped using this method are not eligible for refunds if lost or damaged.
I recommend that international customers order through Etsy, which covers refunds for lost/delayed orders, and allows most countries to pre-pay duties. Purchase on Etsy
- Canada - $14-16
- Everywhere else* - $16-20
- Duties/import fees will be charged by your country's customs. You are responsible for handling and paying these. I can't assist with this.
*I do not ship to these countries due to high rate of lost packages: China, Vietnam, Israel, Russia
Returns
All sales are final - returns are not accepted.
Please double-check that your address is correct and can reliably receive packages. Packages returned due to invalid addresses will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Refunds and Replacements
These are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@godliath.shop within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered to get assistance.
- Please note that the original cost of shipping is not refundable unless there was a mistake with your order.
- Orders sent outside of the US are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please order on Etsy if you wish to have a full refund guarantee.
